I've always been pleased with the accommodations offered by Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua. there were other known recalls for my car at the time it was in for recall work. And I was called regarding them, however no one has answered or returned calls I have left regarding the additional recall wo was in for recall work. I likely will travel further to visit a different Hyundai location for recall work, just so I can have someone respond in a timely manner. Additionally I was called asking if I would SELL my car to the dealership for their used car lot, as if I didn't have a need for the car. More

Worst car buying experience I ever encountered. Sold me the wrong car. I drove around uninsured and unregistered because of a VIN stock error. If they ordered it back in March it would be here much sooner. Zero follow up by anyone except for the service dept. then they added my cell phone and email address to all of there accounts. Still trying to correct this mistake. Our 6th car from this dealer. Our last. More
