The service was good and the employees at dealership treated us very good and explained the service work on the car. The only thing that I have a concern about was calling to make appointment for servic treated us very good and explained the service work on the car. I scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When the car was ready for me to pick up, the interior was dirty with oil on the center console and grease on the inside driver door. I complained to the service manager and it was cleaned up, and as an extra they had the exterior washed as well. I’m happy they made it right but they should’ve taken care to not dirty up the interior to begin with, or at the very least cleaned it up before handing it back over. More

Went there about an engine knocking noise . A test was done and told me that my engine was going to blow but I was safe drive me and 6 month old son home for the evening . Then didn’t even make 5 minutes down the road from dealership and broke down in the middle of the road in the middle of the intersection and ending up having to call and tow truck to get my vehicle towed back to the dealership 5 minutes down the road.Was very difficult to get ahold of the service department every time we called them . Every time we had called we either never was put through to someone or was out on hold and then no one ever came back to the phone . To get ahold of someone about any status on our vehicle we had to text one of the service ladies to get any type of update. More

Apparently they don’t do appointments for routine things like regular oil changes but they still got me in and out fast and fixed the two nail holes in my tire! like regular oil changes but they still got me in and out fast and fixed the two nail holes in my tire! More
