I bought a brand new Santa Cruz and was told the anti rust would be applied before pick up. Fast forward a week and I check my oil to find out it looks weird so I send a picture to my sales rep and he no rust would be applied before pick up. Fast forward a week and I check my oil to find out it looks weird so I send a picture to my sales rep and he notices they only applied it to one spot and not correctly. Then I find the fender flare has a broke clip so I asked them to look at it while getting the rust proof reapplied and they said I had to bring it back. I bring it back for the day and suddenly they don't have the parts. I pick it up after they get them just to be told they had them the whole. Waste of my time and money and according to google reviews this happens all the time. If it weren't for the sales rep and my brother's girlfriend working there I can't imagine the headache I would have had to put up with. So disappointing! More
