I've been a customer for over 16 years and usually everything goes well. My issue this past time was contacting them to get in for a recall, took over a month!! Every time I call, I am told they are busy and to try again later. Could only get through chatting online. First time I came in, I was told the part didn't arrive, but never received a call to cancel and drove 1/2 hour for nothing. Second time around, they took care of me. Regarding the calls, when I am there it doesn't seem that busy and I see no one at the service desk on other calls, so makes me wonder why they don't pick up the phone when I call. Brianna was the MOST helpful in making my appointment and called back to confirm second appt, kudos to her!! The one star below is because I didn't work with the Sales Dept and there was no NA to chose. More
