There is no one to answer phones. So you leave a message and no one calls. We took vehicle in for inspection. We thought there may be additional work to be done. Had to replace tires after 20,000 miles. I only get my car serviced at this dealership and was never asked to have tires rotated during any oil change. When I scheduled my service appointment, I have to go in as a new person every time even though I bought my car in 2022 and this is my second vehicle from the dealership. I asked multiple time to update my information. However, they have no trouble calling me to tell me they have a big event every weekend. More
