Was there for over 2 hours. They told me they only charged the 12v battery and nothing else. I received and signed no paperwork. They called back a little later and said that the recall work was done when I was there earlier. Nothing was mentioned before that Terrible communication from their service reps. More

The girl I spoke with to make the appointment did not have a friendly voice sounded like she was on drugs. I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in only one person working. Then the person told me that it would take hour snd half to get an oil change. Really!!!! Was there about a hour. Service has gone down hill tremendous in the last three years. Don’t think I will get another vehicle from you folks. You have stopped all the oil changes for free and etc.. More

My appointment went quickly. I tried to schedule an appointment furan oil change even though the website says you don’t need an appointment, but they couldn’t get me in for 2 we I tried to schedule an appointment furan oil change even though the website says you don’t need an appointment, but they couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks. So I just went there first thing in the morning on a Saturday and I got right in. They were open earlier than it stated on the website. So I recommend getting the communication better coordinated to match what is actually the case. I was also told when I bought the car that I could’ve given a car for the day. Was told she would call me by the end of the day on Monday letting me know if hyundai gave the ok for the mew motor. I didn't hear from her until weds telling me the car was ready to be picked up.
