I've never been more frustrated with the lack of communication from a car dealership. I called the service desk countless times and no one ever answers the phone. Literally, try it youll see - they just let it roll to voicemail, which they dont call back. Over a 1 month span, I called them almost daily if not more, different times of day and no one in service ever answered. Neither did they return voice-mail. They sent me a couple of text messages in the beginning but they stopped replying to that too. This is about 45 minutes away for me and being without a car I was limited to what I could do. But I had to eventually get a ride out there to find out what was going on. When I arrived in person, miraculously they told me my cars engine was approved to be replaced under warranty and it's eligible for a free rental - meanwhile no one was calling or texting me back for the weeks leading up to this to let me know. They didnt even apologize. They just acted as though it was business as usual to just ignore calls and texts. There was also several employees walking around as well so its not like they were too short staffed to pick up a phone. However, I did not complain because I wanted to make sure they fixed the car correctly. Ultimately my car was there for a month to get the service done. No one told me when it was done either, I had to go there in person when i thought the car might be ready so i could get it back because still no one was calling back or texting. 2 days after i went and picked up my car they sent me a text in all caps that my car was ready. I said i already picked it up and i never heard from them again. Consequently I will never buy a car from this location since thats how they treat customers. If your car needs repair, I would choose anywhere but here. Could probably teach yourself how to do it on YouTube faster than they'll fix it. More
Last time it took 2 1/2 hrs. To get an oil change. Got call to buy a new Hyundai again, aggravating. Said many times I'm not interested. I haven't dealt with sales staff since ownership changed but the service department has always been excellent. Staff are polite and helpful, my car has always been ready within their estimated time frame, but the service department has always been excellent. Staff are polite and helpful, my car has always been ready within their estimated time frame, and I have never had a problem with the work done. The only issue I have had is with the out of state, high pressure sale people that call whenever I have a service appointment. The first time I got 3 calls within an hour. After complaining to the dealership, the second time I only got one call, and the person accepted that I was not interested in trading in my car without too much fuss. I would definitely shop for my next Tucson at Vision in Canandaigua. More

Was not impressed with cars known to have been sold still being on their website. Not impressed with the price of the car in which I was interested changing 10% from one day to the next. Not impressed by the disrespectful treatment of the salesman. Not impressed by the sales consultant's willingness to send us on a test drive with an unsafe car (two soft front tires). This led to a mocking statement "you're not seriously worried about getting stranded on a back road because of soft tires are you?" Did get prompt attention. More
