When I stood up to leave every single chair or table area was filled. That was a first. Didn't like people being told that their vehicle needed further parts and service in front of others. Most of us there were seniors, funds can be scarce so maybe having to say no not at that time is embarrassing. Was asked if made appointments over phone or online. I used online. Was told generally a discount can be given over the phone. How is that fair? More

I brought my car in for an oil change and recall I scheduled the appointment ahead of time and was told I have to bring it back because they need to order the parts for the recall. I was also told by the lady at the front desk when I first came in to get an oil change that I couldn’t get my free oil change until 7,500 miles when I kept getting notifications that I was due for service for an oil change. I did get my oil change done and it was free at a little over 5,000 miles seems like there is a lot of miscommunication happening here. More
