Bought brake fluid at the retail parts counter for my 23 Palisade. Checked fluid type against owner manual and does not match. Returned fluid for refund and discussed with service and parts personnel. Sean Palisade. Checked fluid type against owner manual and does not match. Sean produced document specifying different fluid type than owner manual, so I will contact Hyundai customer service with this conflicting documentation issue. I was annoyed that refund was not able to be issued during the visit. They said it has to somehow go through a corporate approval process or something and will be issued at a later date somehow. That is a ridiculous policy that is sure to reduce the customer satisfaction factor for most people. More

It’s terrible when you can’t use a $10 coupon that is clearly stated for service over $100 and my service was well over that. If it wasn’t on our phone the service area would take it off but they do not! clearly stated for service over $100 and my service was well over that.
