Service work was completed in the allotted time. I tried to do work in the waiting room but there was a TV on and LOUD hiphop music piped in. Service notice on my car is still on, they didn't reset it. They quoted twice as much for parts as I got at Elmira dealership, o felt that I was being taken advantage of.
