Sorry to leave such a low review. I called to make an appointment. I was told that I could bring it in without one as they take drive ins. I arrive to find 4 cars ahead of me and advi I called to make an appointment. I was told that I could bring it in without one as they take drive ins. I arrive to find 4 cars ahead of me and advised to come back in two hours. Upon arrival the service advisor says they are finishing up with a car and I was next..this was at 10:15 AM. I asked how long it would take and he stated about 1 hour so I waited in the lounge. I waited until 2:15 PM before he notified me it was complete. Did I mention that this is an oil change? When the service advisor made out the service order I asked for "full synthetic'' motor oil and he noted that. When I read the service completed I took note that they used "synthetic blend" motor oil. Lots of incompetence at Vision Ford in my opinion. 7 months ago the same Vision Ford left my air intake box open after inspecting my air filter recommending a change. I discovered it a few days later when I went to replace my filter. This place is sad. More

The lady working at the Service receiving center was very pleasant and easy to work with. She was extremely helpful and honest, no run around about when my vehicle was going to be done.
