The fellow who helped me, got in my car to show me where the recycle air button is and the proper position to keep it in. The cashier was wonderful! There were even peppermint candies! Have had Hastings service this car (2004 Envoy) since new. Now has 122,000 miles and still runs and rides like it did when it was new.
