Our Buick was brought in NYS Inspection, oil change/lube and a problem with the windshield washer pump. We also asked about the wear on the front tires. I had a problem on my 2010 Terrain loosing blue tooth connection from my cell phone. Waited 70 minutes until they had a tech that knew about blue tooth that was available. Took 10 minutes to determine that they was nothing that was wrong with the car and that it might be my cell phone that was the problem. They suggested that I should get another cell phone to prove that it wasn't the car. I guess since I don't have another phone that I could use for a couple of months I will just have to reprogram my cell phone to the cars blue tooth every time I loose connection. More
We had leased a car with Doyle Chevrolet and came back to Bob Hastings because of the Sales and Service departments. They both have always been extremely helpful and easy to work with. In February of 2011 we will be back to see Dimitry to lease our new car. I'm just sorry that GMC has discontinued the Envoy and hope that I will be as happy with the substitute. We have always found Jerry, the service manager, to be very helpful and friendly whenever we have taken the car in for service. We always seem to come back to Bob Hastings since our first car that we leased back in 1992. More
