I had taken my Saturn Aura to another dealer for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check for the source of a noise I was hearing from under the front end- the problem was diagnosed as a oil change and tire rotation. When I found that this was covered under my warranty and I would need to take it to a GM dealer for the work, I chose Hastings. Jim was very pleasant to work with and fit me in for the necessary repair as soon as possible. I wasmade to feel very welcome and I like the Preferred Owner Rewards program. More

I selected Bob Hastings based upon previous positive experience with Hastings servicing my 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora. Had experienced intermitent operation of blower motor. Hastings Service Department diag experience with Hastings servicing my 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora. Had experienced intermitent operation of blower motor. Hastings Service Department diagnosed condition, made repair recommendations and then replaced blower control module which corrected the problem. They also performed needed brake service. I bought the car new from Bob Hastings, & have ALL of my service done there, so I appreciate the discounts, etc. for being a faithful & loyal customer. Michelle is always very upbeat & friendly as well. When I first got the car, I had a problem with the "Check Tire Pressure" light coming on. I took it in unannounced, & they fixed it free of charge. Plus the service technician told me how to turn off the light, which I have been able to do myself since then. I love my Lucerne & am very appreciative of the service staff there looking out for my best interest. I never feel like they do unnecessary work just to make money. Keep up the great job! More
