The Hastings service staff members are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional. I also spoke briefly with a couple of sales staff while looking at new cars and they were helpful and informat friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although today I stayed in the waiting room while routine service was performed on my car, I have taken the shuttle on previous occasions. The shuttle service is an excellent option.
