So here iscwhy you got a 3. The last time I scheduled my truck for service I got 3bphone calls related to said visit. 1st was a young lady inquiring about the mileage on my truc The last time I scheduled my truck for service I got 3bphone calls related to said visit. 1st was a young lady inquiring about the mileage on my truck as there was some maintenance thing up to 72 k never mentioned before and now I am at 80 k so useless thnx. The young lady also had no clue my truck was coming in the next AM. Hmm 2nd wasn't a call sry it was a text from a salesperson saying hey I see your trucks coming in for service let's talk about what it's worth as a trade in. 3rd was from another young lady who wanted to know why I missed my service appointment that I had just left and hour or 2 prior. I for the life of me can't understand how a sales person knew I was coming in but 2 maintenance related folks did not? Communication not so great I guess. Sad part is I could used those maintenance points or whatever it was because I would have had my 800 dollar tune up done then instead of eating entire cost. Thnx for that. More
Bought 3 cars here under three different owners and had good experiences with both sales and service until recently. Mostly new employees now since the last ownership change. We tried calling, leaving a message, but no return call. We tried the online appointment system but told one time that the local dealer can't see the appointments and the next time they told us that GM puts no limits on the number of appointment for the same time so they can be overbooked. We've showed up after making online appointments only to be told they weren't aware of our confirmed appointments. We've vegetated in the waiting room far longer than necessary for simple oil changes and inspections of cars in good condition. It appears that others in the waiting room were in the same boat and equally frustrated. This happened the last three "appointments." Shortly after a muti point inspect of a 5 year old car, we had to have AAA replace the battery which should have been noticed if it was actually checked. FYI, Vision wanted almost twice what AAA charged for a new battery that was better than the original. Most of the staff we met were pleasant and helpful, but overwhelmed with more appointments than they could handle. We're at the point that we'll have to find someplace else for service if they can't get their act together. More
Luis (service)was great responded well and followed dealership guidelines i assume. However over all ther service and frustration had with service was unacceptable. That compiled with the issues I exsperanced from sells in Canandaigua. I will no longer recommend this dealer to anyone for sales or service as i did in the past. More

We purchased a new car that has been in their service shop for over 20 days in less than 3 months. There is no communication between the service and sales department and even less with the customer. They have ruined any excitement I had about having a new vehicle. The problem still has not been fixed, but they are content with telling me to deal with it as GM’s technology is just not good. More
