Jim is always very nice to deal with and explains what has to be done. They never do any work without consulting with me first. I had a major water leak in my car. The windshield had already been replaced, but the problem persisted. I talked to Jim Pilosi before scheduling service. The "water leak specialist" found the heating unit drain plugged and a cracked seal. The work was done ahead of schedule, and the bill was less than $85. I was very happy. I can depend on Bob Hastings to deliver honest estimates and quality workmanship. I know when I call with a service problem that the personnel, especially Jim, will get the job done. More

Unlike other Service Departments I have worked with over the years, I find Bob Hastings to be SUPERIOR above all the rest in the Rochester area. I have chosen to rate the service dept. exceptionally high because it is extremely reliable and remembers things from one visit to the next. That is not just due to having a computer on hand.
