The shuttle service brings be back home when service will take some time, and I am able to get a ride back when the car is ready to pick up and do not need their shuttle service to pick me up to go back to pick up my car. Jim was very helpful in setting me up with an appointment, and then honoring the appointment and getting me out of th oil, filter and tire rotation. Actually, Bob Hastings contacted me to remind me that my NYS inspection was quickly expiring. The reminder was much-appreciated. As always, the staff at Hastings is professional and very helpful. The work was completed promptly---about an hour---and to my complete satisfaction. I also had a chance to look at the new Buick Verano, which will probably be my next car. More

I have been going to this dealer for several years and have bought two cars there. The service department is well run and I get work done on my non-Buick vehicle. Jerry explained the cost of the additional work required for my vehicle to pass inspection and did not proceed until told to do so. The vehicle was returned in clean condition. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a TV and complimentary coffee. A shuttle service is available for those occaisions in the passt when I had to leave my vehicle for service. More
