We leased our new Buick Sept 30 2019. It is now Oct 6 2020. We brought our Buick in for NYS Inspection and oil change. Buick offers a free oil change as part of the purchase agreement notion wide. We have 1535 miles on the car and it is less than a year old. We were told that we did not qualify for our free oil change as "It should have been done in Sept. (the car is less than 1 year old) I questioned the service writer and he said "it was Buicks policy not Vision." I was given a smart xxx answer"if I bought the car from Vision I would have gotten 3 free oil changes". Another writer chipped in that the dealer where I purchased the Buick "sells a lot of service loaners" I don't know what that has to do with anything as the Buick was delivered with 7 miles on the odometer. This unhelpful attitude as well as smart xxx answer doesn't build trust between the customer and dealership. I will not do business with Vision anymore as I would worry how hard they would work to earn and keep my business. To let you know I was impressed with the cleanliness of your facility when I walked in as well as the nice greeting when I drove in. Your customers good impressions are now unfavorable. . More

I came in to get my oil changed with Jim Pilosi in service. He is super knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop at all times if you decide not to stay while the repairs are getting done. Anyhow, this particular time I wanted to take a look at some options on getting a new lease while waiting for my service to be completed. Phil Pitts, in sales, assisted me at looking at some options. I’ve worked with him in the past and he’s a pleasure. He made me feel comfortable with a great deal made on a new lease. He went over several options until I was satisfied. My decision took several hours and he never came off as impatient or that I was wasting his time. I felt well taken care of!! I will never go anywhere else because of the superior deals and people who work here! They’re like family at this point... thank you Vision Buick GMC in Penfield, NY!!!! Best buying experience ever! We went in and sat with Tony who went through the on line inventory and then personally showed us the vehicle in the lot. We asked many questions because the leasing process was new to us.He showed us our options. That is when we met Phil Pitts who treated us very professionally , and talked us through the financing process. We have been driving a 2016 Buick Encore (first new vehicle ever) for almost 3 months now and we love it: no problems/issues. We would and have recommended Vision Buick to others. You are never hurried in your decision. I have never had to return to get a job done right. The technicians also deserve a thanks for doing a good thorough job. Sales, my price range has always been met, with little or no negotiation. Salesman goes over everything, explaining various features, how to program your car to suit your needs, before setting you out on your own. Been a delightful buying experience. Body Shop-unfortuneatly. I have had two paint jobs over the years, severe stone damage, and a rear bumper replacemet. In both cases, the quality of work and paint match was excellent . More
Dissapointed that I had new mudflaps installed on my new truck and one of them was installed crooked. Holes were originally drilled into the fender to install them. The crooked mud flap was moved and 2-3 m truck and one of them was installed crooked. Holes were originally drilled into the fender to install them. The crooked mud flap was moved and 2-3 more new holes were drilled into the mud flap and fender. Not happy with having extra holes drilled into my new truck as well as visible holes in the old mud flap........ The reason I had GM Mud flaps installed by the dealer was to avoid a situation like this from an aftermarket installer. Looks like the old holes are a spot for salt and water to build up. They were more expensive as well. More
