When I called to make appointment I asked about shuttle service to return home. Person recommended 9AM. I arrived at about 8:55 AM and just as we finished up, the shuttle service driver Bernie arrived an service to return home. Person recommended 9AM. Service was done shortly after noon, received call and told that shuttle service would be arriving at my house in 15 minutes...it did and it was a great experience. I enjoyed meeting Bernie and chatting with him. I bought my car at Hastings and have been using your service department for all maintenance. More
I was there for an inspection. They passed my car and wrote down what I needed. They didnt charge me anything, as I am a preferred customer. The employees are always courteous and straightforward when explaining what is needed. They stick to the time guidelines they give you as far as when your car will be ready. They took on Saturn service when my dealership closed, and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. They have a nice waiting area with tv, magazi and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. They have a nice waiting area with tv, magazines, beverages and bathrooms nearby. They always come and explain to me what they found or what other service they think I might need. I especially appreciate that, since it's something that was often missing in the past (before Saturn). They do their best to investigate or fix anything I mention, even the little stuff (like the brake pedal squeaking). When Saturn closed I had a choice of service dealers, and I'm very glad I chose Bob Hastings Buick. More
