Best buying experience ever! We went in and sat with Tony who went through the on line inventory and then personally showed us the vehicle in the lot. That is when we met Phil Pitts who treated us very professionally , and talked us through the financing process. We have been driving a 2016 Buick Encore (first new vehicle ever) for almost 3 months now and we love it: no problems/issues. We would and have recommended Vision Buick to others. I have had 25 years of experience with Service and Sales and their Body Shop. Service has been outstanding from both Jim and Jerry. The problem(s) are clearly explained, alternative solutions (when available) are offered, and associated costs are explained, with an effort to keep costs to a minimum thru dealer rewards, GM offers, senior discounts. You are never hurried in your decision. I have never had to return to get a job done right. The technicians also deserve a thanks for doing a good thorough job. Sales, my price range has always been met, with little or no negotiation. Salesman goes over everything, explaining various features, how to program your car to suit your needs, before setting you out on your own. Been a delightful buying experience. Body Shop-unfortuneatly. I have had two paint jobs over the years, severe stone damage, and a rear bumper replacemet. In both cases, the quality of work and paint match was excellent . More
Dissapointed that I had new mudflaps installed on my new truck and one of them was installed crooked. Holes were originally drilled into the fender to install them. The crooked mud flap was moved and 2-3 m truck and one of them was installed crooked. Holes were originally drilled into the fender to install them. The crooked mud flap was moved and 2-3 more new holes were drilled into the mud flap and fender. Not happy with having extra holes drilled into my new truck as well as visible holes in the old mud flap........ The reason I had GM Mud flaps installed by the dealer was to avoid a situation like this from an aftermarket installer. Looks like the old holes are a spot for salt and water to build up. They were more expensive as well. More

I just completed my 3rd service visit to Hastings for the same problems! My overall experience at Hastings has been by far in my over 40 years of having cars serviced the single WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever same problems! My overall experience at Hastings has been by far in my over 40 years of having cars serviced the single WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had! Service was incompetent, too many service calls to complete the repairs. Excessive Labor $$ charged to complete small tasks. Customer Service Representatives were belligerent and disrespectful! They did not listen to me as a customer. In comparable words I was basically told to shut up when I was trying to explain the symptoms my vehicle was exhibiting. The shuttle didn't pick me up as promised. I was left waiting until I finally had to call to find out where the shuttle was. It was still at Hastings and I needed to be picked up on the other side of town. The shuttle driver drove way to fast and stopped very short in traffic. I was very concerned for my safety while riding in the shuttle. What I suggested early on as a solution turned out to be the problems which required service. My suggestions were ignored, therefore, it took more service calls than necessary for "them" to find the problem. I was told that there were other things wrong with the car which were not true. They could not produce some of the old parts! The price of the repair was 2x what the other Buick Dealerships in Rochester told me that they would charge. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems I encountered with Hastings. This is no way to treat customers. Quality of previous work was very bad that is why I had to be back 3x. The quality of the current repair is still in question. I hope I never have to go back to Hastings ever again! A REPAIR FACILITY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR MOST DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! More
