Service department is very friendly and professional, fixed the repair of my car the first time, and I will return again as I have four GM used vehicles that run great and need occasional service. As always, the staff at Hastings is professional and very helpful. The work was completed promptly---about an hour---and to my complete satisfaction. I have been going to this dealer for several years and have bought two cars there. The service department is well run and I get work done on my non-Buick vehicle. Jerry explained the cost of the additional work required for my vehicle to pass inspection and did not proceed until told to do so. The vehicle was returned in clean condition. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with a TV and complimentary coffee. A shuttle service is available for those occaisions in the passt when I had to leave my vehicle for service. More
