Made the appointment and then spent time going there to be told that the recommendation is not to fix the problem because they would need to take off the front of the car. The first time I brought my car in for a computer update for the rear differential and paid for new mats to be installed,they didn't even bother to vacuum the carpets first. The second time I came for the six month service, which was free, I checked out and was told my car was outside and to just hit the lock button and head to the beep. Well,needless to say someone was also looking for their car and I was walking back and forth trying to find my car! Someone did see me and offered to help. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to look for my car after service! There should be a designated area for people waiting for their cars and not go find it! More
