arriving for service for the first time at Vision with my new GMC Sierra pickup with 4984 miles on it. I entered the service area only one other customer was there paying his bill. There were two men standing behind the service counter and it took four to five minutes to be acknowledged. No good morning sir we will be with you shortly. Then only asked can I help you. After service was complete, I went to to pay my bill only to find out that I was charged for the oil and filter change which was free on my first visit. My service advisor Jordan Poluch had left the room and nobody else could remove the charge off my bill. finally he returned after about five minutes and when told the problem he did not look happy. After paying the corrected bill and leaving the dealership I headed east on route 441 and going through Penfield smoke started coming out from between the fenders and hood and front grill. After checking the temperature and oil gages which were reading normal I continued on. Still smoking by Wegmans I pulled into their parking lot and opened the hood to find spilled oil on the engine and exhaust manifold. I then continued on my way home. That was my first experience with Vision GMC service. More
