At Bob Hastings Buick-GMC we sincerely care about our customers. We are part of the Dealerrater Certified Dealer program so that we can do whatever we can to make sure our customers are satisfied. We can certainly understand your frustration over the several repairs that were needed on your vehicle. After your discussion with the Owner regarding your experiences, and after receiving your Dealerrater online review, we thoroughly reviewed your file to determine if there was anything further that could be done. We took into consideration the fact that your vehicle is almost 20 years old, the fact that each repair order was for a different issue and each individual issue was resolved at the time of service, (given that other service facilities had worked on the same issues and were unable to resolve them to your satisfaction), and the fact that we agreed not to charge you for several hours of diagnosis time already. After reviewing all of this, we feel that there is simply nothing else that we can do that will meet with your satisfaction. I'm sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we do appreciate your feedback, and I thank you for letting us know about your concerns. It is through customer feedback that we can find areas for improvement in our process that will better our customers' experience and insure that all customers are completely satisfied.
