My first experience with this dealership was good but the 2nd one was poor. I went in knowing what I wanted to do but ended up doing something that I really didn't want to. I felt this dealership was pushy, the vehicle wasn't ready for delivery, it was dirty and when we took it back to be cleaned it wasn't. They blamed it on being short staffed. Very unprofessional.
