We brought in our car to check something that was under our warranty and to get an estimate for new brakes, which we knew needed replacing. Instead of giving us a quote, they ran a complete diagnostic on o our warranty and to get an estimate for new brakes, which we knew needed replacing. Instead of giving us a quote, they ran a complete diagnostic on our breaks… and then charged us $200. After making n appointment for the time slot, I waited for 3 hours in a small waiting room with four children for something that I thought would take an hour tops: all we wanted was an estimate. They also had the nerve, after I declined their estimate for brakes, to ask if I would be interested in a new car since I didn’t want new brakes. I will never go back again. It is also worth noting that the quote I was given for new brakes at Visio. Buick gmc was *more than double* what the local place, which gave us a free estimate, charged *for the exact same product and service.* The local company we went to for our brakes also did a fantastic job and were very professional. I cannot recommend this dealership. More

They seemed very helpful, tried to charge me for an oil change but I have a plan where I don’t pay for oil changes. Gotta be on your toes at times and know what’s going on. The sign in processors took several minutes at their computers with no one else present, while I’m waiting to be checked in. Fortunately a supervisor took notice of the problem, and got me processed. The car service seems good, but perhaps is a bit on the slow side. In the waiting room I noticed several people seemed to have a problem with the coffee machine. They all received 2-3 ounces of coffee, and seemed surprised with the amount of coffee. I don’t know if there is a coffee machine problem or not, but some people thought so. More
