I booked my appt on line at vision jeep and accidentally showed up at vision gmc. We have a Yukon and a Jeep. Vision gmc never told me I was at the wrong location. It's not like the old vision gmc when I made appoint the person making the had no idea how long it would. When I got there they 2.5 hours at 2 hours they said it would 2 more hours, so I was there for hours person making the had no idea how long it would. Under new ownership and still going through that and the lack of enough personnel. Appointments for vehicles are not taken on time and take a lot longer to complete.
