My interaction with Brian was very good. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very nice to deal with. I bought the car that day. My wife and I just happened to drop by and see what kind of used SUV's were available. Keep in mind that I get discounts from the big three and Nissan because of my job with the railroad and I had never con of used SUV's were available. We were looking at a 2008 ML550 and Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us alot of useful information. The price was out of my budget so we got Tony's card and went home to look for similiar cars online. We pulled up the one we were looking at but it showed $4500 less than the window sticker. I called Tony right away, he verified that the price was correct and we came in for a test drive. We loved it after the test drive and bought it that day. Jamie in finance was awesome and we never felt presssured to do anything by anyone. I have been buying new cars since 93' and this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, bar none.
