Having utilized Vin Devers for Audi service over the past 2 years I can say that this exceptional service is due to their fantastic people. On the service side, Keith Solomon (Service Director) is the definition of a customer-focused leader and heads an awesome team of professionals (John Lewis and Mike Kohlhofer are fantastic standouts) that bend over backwards to take care of my needs and make every visit a pleasure. If you want a car detail that makes your vehicle truly look like new at a great price then you can trust David Nash (Detail Manager) to deliver amazing results. I honestly don’t think your car can look any closer to new. I have been so pleased with the results and experiences that I have recommended Vin Devers service and detail departments to many friends and associates. Personally, I would bypass other Audi or Mercedes dealers and drive an extended distance to use their services. For a number of reasons, I prefer to not work with my local Audi dealer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Given that Vin Devers is the next closest option, I was hoping to use them for all of my vehicle service a local Audi dealer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Unfortunately their hours didn't extend into the evening and it would have been difficult for me to work a visit into my schedule. Unknowing to me, Keith actually lives relatively close to me in Michigan and immediately offered to pick up my car in the morning and leave his car with me for the day and then would return it at the end of the day. This far exceeded the level of service I was expecting and really makes it an easy choice for me for any follow up service/maintenance. Finally a dealership that recognizes what customer satisfaction should be. More

I had a recent experience with Vin Devers purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz via CarSoup.com. I purchased the vehicle remotely without seeing or test driving the car prior to it's delivery. Tony Agby did a used Mercedes-Benz via CarSoup.com. I purchased the vehicle remotely without seeing or test driving the car prior to it's delivery. Tony Agby did an excellent job of guiding me through the process and confidently representing the condition of the vehicle. The car was delivered as promised in the condition that was promised, but with two exceptions. Firstly, there were some Mercedes recommended services that were not performed on the car prior to delivery. Secondly, the bumper was damaged in delivery. For both of these issues, the management at Vin Devers did an excellent job of very professionally resolving the issues. I was so thrilled I made a decision to work with an organization like Vin Devers. Because of their high level of customer service, they resolved the issues remotely and made it right with me through a local Mercedes dealer in my area. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a vehicle purchase, especially remotely. More

I fell in love with the car!! The last dealer I went to was "pushy". He went with us on our test drive and kept explaining "why" the car was so great. I love how Dick was very laid back and let us make our own decision on our own and did not pursue us. When I go to a dealer "pushy" car salesman are a turn off. I AM SO IN LOVE WITH MY SEBRING CONVERTIBLE!!!!!! Thank you =D More
