I was skeptical about coming to this dealership. I didn't think I would find anything in my price rage, however I am so glad My boyfriend persuaded me to make the stop. When we first went they were closed but we still looked around the lot and looked at the car we were interested in. I really liked if from what I could see but we still wanted to test drive it and ask questions about the car so we went back the next day. Perfect timing because the same day my car broke down so I was desperately in need of a car to get to work. We ended up testing driving the car and I LOVED it! We were not able to make a deal that day because the financing guy wasn't there but Ziad still let me take the car with a deposit because I had to get to work. We went back the next day and signed all the papers. The process was very quick. I definitely recommend Vin Devers to anyone looking for a car. Ziad was awesome! He answered all of our questions, was very paietent and worked with us to get the best deal. He even had my car washed and put gas in it before we left with it. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be going back for my next car! More
Very unfriendly service. This is the third time I have gone here for service and have waited 3 hours each time for work that takes less than an hour. Also, a MB//audi dealer should be classy, this guy was classless sitting there drinking his red bull talking bad about other customers on the phone.Taking my vehicle to trade in for a Lexus tomorrow as their service was stellar. Too bad one employee ruined MB for me. More

We drove from Troy, MI and arrived almost at closing time (due to traffic delay). We test drove the 2011 VW Eos and agreed on purchase/trade deal for our 2007 Eos. We hit a snag when we were ready to complete the transactions as it was after closing time and your finance person had already left, so Harvey and Tony recommended that we do a partial deal that night which would allow us to drive the car home and finish the remaining paperwork on the next day by having Mike bring it to me in Troy. So Monday night, we signed some basic paperwork, wrote a check, left our old Eos and by 9:00 pm we were driving home in our new Eos. After we got home, we discovered that the windshield wiper fluid would not squirt even though there was fluid in the reservoir. After a night in our garage, we tried it in the morning and it was working, but it was also leaking washer fluid all over our garage floor. We called Harvey and let him know that we were taking it our local VW dealer to be diagnosed and we didn't want to be responsible for the cost of a repair. Our disappointment with finding this problem was eased when Harvey let us know that he had discussed the matter with Tony and agreed to pay for the repair, so when Mike came to my building with the paperwork to complete the purchase transaction, I was able to sign it without reservation. I really appreciate Harvey for all his efforts on coordinating and communicating with us to keep us satisfied and Mike for his driving all the way to/from Troy to save us from having to drive back to handle the paperwork. More
I found the car I was interested in Vin Devers online inventory and called on it. Since the dealership is about 90 miles away from where I live, I wanted to talk to someone about the vehicle and get a fe inventory and called on it. I was connected with Ziad who was very friendly on the phone. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and he described the car as being in great condition so I decided to go take a look. Ziad welcomed us as we arrived. He did a walk around pointing out key features, and then took us for a test drive. I was impressed with the vehicle and with how Ziad covered everything about the car, and the benefits of the certified pre-owned coverage. We agreed on a price which I thought was fair. The entire sales process went very smooth. I have been equally impressed with the post-sales process. There were several follow-up notes/letters from Ziad and the dealership thanking me for the purchase and introducing other key personnel of their operation. Ziad also got me in touch with the Service Manager because I had some questions about the trailer lights connection. It turns out that although the vehicle came equipped with a towing package, I needed a trailer lights plug receptacle. When I explained that I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, the service manager suggested that this was an easy self install part. I agreed to give it a try, and he made arrangements to have their parts manager order the part and have it shipped to me. I haven't received the part yet, but when I do, I expect that if I have any problems they will be more than happy to assist me in any way that they can. More

I was happy with the transaction and still feel confident one month after purchase. The finance person, Jamee Dake is also very good at her job. She was a pleasure to work with on the business end. The first time eve I purchased a Mini Cooper off of this lot just over 1 year ago. I have had the oil changed in my vehicle twice at the dealership. The first time everyone was nice, the price was fair ( 57.00) , and it was done in a timely manner. Last week I called to make an appt. and was treated rudely on the phone, I was asked if I had a Mercedes or an Audi, when I told them I had a Mini I was put on hold twice , it seemed like they did not know what to do??? When the guy came to the phone, he said they try to help everyone even if you don't have a Mercedes or an Audi. I told the guy I bought the car off of their lot and had already had it in for the oil change. The day I went in I waited 1 and 1/2 hours for the oil to be changed, when I got up to investigate, my car was just sitting in the lot waiting to be washed. I told the guy I had to be at a appt. so I would need it right away. When I went to pay I was Charged 110.00 . I laughed, thinking he must had made a mistake since just 5 months earlier I was only charged 57.00. Then he started to re-price things and brought my bill to 78.00. I asked him why such a big price increase and I was told that parts went up. I wanted to speak to the service manager but was told he was out of town. I left my phone number for him, but never received a call. I called and left a second message for him to call me and still no return call. The following day I went in , of course he claimed to have called me. When I showed him my two bills and asked about the outrageous price of 110.00 his comment was " oil prices have gone up" and he was sorry. This is the kind of person who gives" car salesman" a bad name. What a shame after I had previously commented on what nice , kind, service I had just a few months earlier. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. More

Ziad was very nice and attentive to my needs. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from him. I was surprised when they did not have exactly what I was looking for they were able to find the vehicle and get it a purchased 3 vehicles from him. Ziad is very busy but he made time for me and my wife and we feel comfortable with him.
