His professionalism and knowledge was equalled with his desire to make sure I was taken care of at each step of the buying process. We didn't talk to each other until the day or two before buying the GL450 and didn't meet in person until we travelled from southwest Michigan to Sylvania but my comfort level with Ramon was so high I felt confident and comfortable he was going to do everything he could to make the experience excellent. He treated my wife with complete respect and warmth and answered every little question we had. He's really good at making the process feel good for both parties. I remarked to my wife, mid-week that this is an excellent sales process because of Ramon's responsiveness. I wish I knew people in that area to refer to him, but I will definitely do the same around here. We drove nearly 100miles in the pouring rain to reach the dealership,realizing the weather would hinder our efforts to view the vehicle properly.When we arrived Zach met us and escorted us to the garage , where the SUV was there, nice and dry , and waiting for us. Our sales representative was extremely professional and informative,while being personable and provided for a non-pressured approach during this appointment. They gave us a reasonable trade-in value for our vehicle and expedited our purchase,being thoughtful of our time and personal requests. We made arrangements for pick-up /payment of our vehicle and had the same pleasant professionalism from the finance staff. A few days later we realized we had left our EZPass on the windshield of our trade-in, made a quick call "Nick", and he mailed the pass back to us! Nice! More

Chris definitely has a lot of knowledge of the overall Audi product and was super helpful in communicating the differences between models. He kept me within my budget without overselling and found a vehicle that would fit my needs. I also really appreciated that he gave me time to think about the options he presented vs. trying to send me out the door that day in something I might not be entirely happy with. This is my first Audi and he welcomed me into the Audi family in the best way possible.
