Was greeted by an extremely helpful service advisor named Dylan McCance. Dylan informed me the service could take 3-4 hours and since I drove an hour to get there I could wait in the lobby area or he would have a driver take me to the local mall to kill time. I decided to wait around and read a Nat Geo mag cover to cover. To my surprise the service took 2.5 hrs! Time flew and the vehicle was done. Thanks again, Vin Devers. More
