Sometimes you just get lucky and find people you enjoy doing business with. In my case, that was finding Sylvania Audi. John Mensah made this the best car buying process ever. Initially I spoke with Olivia in the internet department. She was on top of getting me engaged in the buying process. Called within 5 minutes of my inquiry and answered all of my initial questions. 2, She turned the sales process over to John Mensah. I have been in sales for over 30 years - John is a true professional and credit to our profession. He knew all the details on packages, trim levels and was a book of knowledge on everything Audi. He also made sure everything was ready to go once I arrived..... 3. They did not waste my time. I arrived at the dealership from Columbus (2 hour drive) and was on my way home in my new car 45 minutes after arriving. Amazing what can be done at a car dealership when they have everything prepared in advance! 4. They created excitement! I remember as a kid how exiting it was when my family would get a new car. Sylvania Audi brought that excitement back! When I arrived, the car was on the showroom floor covered in a black tarp with a ribbon on the hood! I was able to FaceTime my family and share the excitement as they pulled off the cover to expose an exceptionally detailed Audi Q7. It was fun!! 5. Another sales rep, William Shirey, assisted me in making sure Audi connect was up and running prior to me making the 2 hour drive back home. There was an overall sense of teamwork among their entire sales team since they all came out to the showroom to congratulate me on my purchase and seemed genuine in their excitement. 5. Everyone dreads going into the finance office and hearing the sales pitch for the various "add-ons" that inflate the overall cost of an already expensive vehicle. While Tim did present the various options and share his perspective on the pros/cons of each, he was not overly aggressive in his approach and shared his honest opinions on each his offerings. I ended up buying the Audi pre-paid maintenance which is something everyone should do since you essentially get your first 4 service visits for the cost of 1! He did not pressure me to buy anything additional. Thank you! :-) I normally never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I highly recommend John and the entire team at Sylvania Audi!! I will be back to buy my next Audi in the future! More
