During the conversation with Jessie Nida, Service Consultant, I inquired about purchasing new wiper blades. I planned to have the wipers replaced in a few weeks during my upcoming appointment. I questioned if waiting would jeopardize the integrity of my windshield. Without hesitation Jessie offered to stop by my home that day and replace the wipers on his way home! I was stunned.....Jessie stated it would not be inconvenient for him as he lives nearby my home. Early evening Jessie arrives, replaces the wipers, and could not have been more accommodating. Jessie went above and beyond and created a "WOW" moment.
