Did my appointment on line. Very easy, well designed website. When I drove up to the Dealership a few days later for my appointment, everything was set up for me. We are constantly bothered to trade in our vehicle. I am not 65 and can’t afford to trade in my vehicle every year and stay in credit card debt the rest of my life. Everyone is nice but if I am constantly a not 65 and can’t afford to trade in my vehicle every year and stay in credit card debt the rest of my life. Everyone is nice but if I am constantly asked to do extra services to my vehicle or to trade it in every routine oil change I receive, the experience gets more of a burden than it is being a good preventative service. I still don't understand why you needed to replace some dehumidifier part even though my insurance picked up the tab. Not good communication with the customer. More
