Super Service! My Birthday! Had to jump battery and called Bill Bryan service. They said to bring in car. We got there and Alejandro took over and what a great job he did! My husband had a doctors a called Bill Bryan service. They said to bring in car. We got there and Alejandro took over and what a great job he did! My husband had a doctors appointment 20+ miles away from Bill Bryan. It was a busy day at the dealership and we had to wait, but thanks to all concerned and most especially, Alejandro, our battery was tested and replaced and we made it to the doctor and even had time for a fast hamburger on the way! Thanks, Alejandro and Bill Bryan Subaru for outstanding service! More

I had made an online appointment, which when I showed up, was not in the system. I was told that this was not an uncommon occurrence. While in the waiting area, numerous people asked if I needed anything, which was nice. Overall, an excellent experience, but please work on internet appointments! More
excellent service. Alejandro was great. We had an oil issue and he checked it and filled it up and told us to return in 1000 miles. Then checked again and they did what had to be done to find the proble issue and he checked it and filled it up and told us to return in 1000 miles. They always take care of me and my car at Bill Bryan Subaru in Leeseburg! I love that they offer concierge services to come pick up my car. With 2 babies under 2!years old at home, it was near impossibl Subaru in Leeseburg! I love that they offer concierge services to come pick up my car. With 2 babies under 2!years old at home, it was near impossible to take my car in, get rides, move car seats etc, especially during a pandemic. I feel heard, not pressured into other work, but still informed of the proper maintenance schedules. Can’t say enough good things about the service department! More
