We were lured to the dealership with an email stating that we could purchase a 2021 Forrester for $5500 plus our 2020 Forrester trade-in. When we arrived, we were told it would really cost us $10,000 to that we could purchase a 2021 Forrester for $5500 plus our 2020 Forrester trade-in. When we arrived, we were told it would really cost us $10,000 to do so. A true 'shell game' going on.... We had previously bought two Subaru cars from Bill Bryant, but you have lost us as a future customer with schemes like that one. More

Alejandro was prompt and professional. Work was done on time. Good experience. Online scheduling system still not very user friendly.
