Last Wednesday, August 9th, I was involved in a fender/bender in your used car lot. It was assumed it was my fault. Your estimator valued the damage to your used car was $725.09. My car had a pai fender/bender in your used car lot. It was assumed it was my fault. Your estimator valued the damage to your used car was $725.09. My car had a paint scratch which touched up at the time for $30.00. Prior to the estimator looking at the damage to your used car, a service mechanic looked at the damage and thought it would amount to $300 to $400. I ultimately paid out of pocket funds for the damage. I have been a customer of BB Subaru for 10 years and purchased three new Subaru’s from you. I believe I was taken advantage of and won’t forget this when I am ready to buy a new car which could be a few months from now. Gerald Binder. More

Excellent service. Rachel kept me constantly updated. They did the passenger air bag recall and fixed a problem with the ignition/transmission interlock that would not release the key, the latter a know They did the passenger air bag recall and fixed a problem with the ignition/transmission interlock that would not release the key, the latter a known design problem but not subject to a recall. All covered under warranty so cost was not an issue. It would have been if I came a month later and was charged for the ignition issue. More

I drive from Citrus County to this dealership because of the service I get from employees like her. Tips for you....update your review page to include current employees, good thing I have an excellent memory and I could remember her name. Another tip...If you have sales personnel sitting next to the waiting area you might want to discuss with them the level of their voice. One female was so loud and annoying...I now know way more about her personal life than I care too. I think the Red Bull she was drinking ...and had to talk about for 5 minutes...gave her too much energy. More

I had an appointment time and you keep to this. You reviewed what my car needed before doing anything I was not aware of. I called back but got the operator, I was told the lady who called was out to lunch and would call back when she returns, this was app. 5 days ago. JOE GOGUEN WAS GREAT AND GOT ME OUT OF BAD SALE THAT THE F THINK OF 2 THAT WAS BAD ,JASON HAMPTON AND THE YOUNG FINANCE MANAGER WHOSE NAME I FORGOT. JOE GOGUEN WAS GREAT AND GOT ME OUT OF BAD SALE THAT THE FINANCE GUY PUT ME IN . I GOT A $5500 REBATE THAT THE FINANCE GUY PUT ME IN..THE FINANCE GUY COMPLAINED HE HAD $2000 TAKEN OUT OF HIS PAY. I WOULD STILL GO BACK THANKS TO JOE. More
