An I had a 1pm appointment for oil change ,tire rotation and an inspection. I asked if this was the express service and was told yes, but there were 3 customers ahead of me. I was disappointed with the turn and an inspection. I asked if this was the express service and was told yes, but there were 3 customers ahead of me. I was disappointed with the turn around time, as I had to wait an hour and a half. I thought I read, that you can get express service just by showing up without an appointment. I am confused whether having an appointment helped me get out quicker. I am not impressed with what you are calling express service. The service rep Emily Renard was fine. I thought having an appointment and being on time, shouldn’t have caused me to have 3 customers ahead of me. More
