Erin was great. She educated me on how servicing is at Bill Bryan Subaru. She asked about my concerns with my vehicle and let me know about recalls. Called to tell them that I was getting road service to start my Outback after having a dead battery overnight. Drove it to the shop and got a loaner while they sorted it out.
