I had made an online appointment, which when I showed up, was not in the system. I was told that this was not an uncommon occurrence. excellent service. Alejandro was great. We had an oil issue and he checked it and filled it up and told us to return in 1000 miles. Then checked again and they did what had to be done to find the proble issue and he checked it and filled it up and told us to return in 1000 miles. They always take care of me and my car at Bill Bryan Subaru in Leeseburg! I love that they offer concierge services to come pick up my car.
