Villages Subaru - Service Center

So as always on arrival the advisor was told an oil change and tire rotation as always. When the advisor came out later was informed that I need tires due to inside wear on the front and a full alignme change and tire rotation as always. The last two oil changes they did not rotate my tires as they said it wasn't needed. When told this news, I asked if they rotated the tires this time. The answer was no. Also the last service I was told that my battery needed replacing. I had not had any issues so I said I would keep an eye on it. This time I was told that the next service the battery terminals would need to be cleaned but nothing about the bad battery. And lastly, the price seems to go up every time. This time it was $74 with a $10 coupon for just an oil change. Less and less impressed. More

As always, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly service. No matter what service I get, they always do a multi-point check and inform me of items or service that might be needed. Also, when my vehicle was recently there they said it would be a few hours and they would gladly provide a free loaner (which I never mentioned or asked for), which they did. And it wasn't some old used vehicle, it was a new Forester Limited. More
