The mgr was attentive to my concerns and communication was pretty good. I thought my car was hacked. Thomas from Corp called me and eased my mind. Good overall experience. I don't like virtual assistant but people are great. Summer was very good. Disappointed my tire pressure light came on the day after service. We had a cold spell but tire pressure was down 6 and 8 pounds. More than cold would account for. Despite that minor issues I don't plan taking my Subaru any where else but Villages Subaru for service. More
