I'm on my 3rd Forester and love it. Matt was very nice when checking me in and keeping me posted on the service while I waited. My only negative comment is having to set up the appt on the phone with a robot, rather than a human, because I wasn't sure exactly what was included in my regular service and the robot asks for each item I want checked/serviced. However, I will say I got same day appt and everything went smoothly and quickly. More
