Villages Subaru - Service Center

I purchased my first new car EVER at Villages Subaru last year while I was caring for my father. I live in North Carolina and so needed to switch my regular "check ups" at the local dealership in Cary, NC. year while I was caring for my father. I live in North Carolina and so needed to switch my regular "check ups" at the local dealership in Cary, NC. I returned to Florida a week ago to clean out my dad's house and needed an oil change. There is no comparison to be made between the dealership at home and Villages Subaru. When I purchased my car, I was treated like royalty. I dismissed it, cynically, believing that they just wanted the business -- but clearly that is not the case. When I returned for my oil change, I was greeted with the same professionalism, courtesy and authenticity as when I was here a year ago. The car was washed, the oil changed, and an entire diagnostic summary video was sent to me. That simply is NOT the same as the dealership in Cary, NC. Villages Subaru is, hands down, a wonderful team of people. Thank you! More

The people in the servic department have always kept me informed about what was needed And cost. I know the car wash is complimentary.
