Making a service appointment does no good. I was put into a cue as if no appointment existed. From the time I got there to the time I left over 2 hours expired for a simple oil change. We opted to pay in cash, but don’t always have thousands (plural) if dollars ready to pull from the bank in a moment’s notice. I find the practice of charging extra tacky—perhaps a reframe could shift my opinion. Maybe offer a discount for cash paying customers so those using credit cards don’t feel punished? More
I’m to get a call back on cracked navigation to be replaced, I’ve left 2 messages and no one is calling me back- also saying this 7month new car crack may not be covered under warranty. When I got there, they seemed disorganized. My service coupon was not applied to final bill, I noticed when I went to pay, and had to remind them. Total cost was not presented to me prior to proceeding with work. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, and I was waiting there for it to be done. Car was taken in almost 2 hours later. More
Purchased a used 2020 outback in March of 2023 from your dealership. Came in.to the service center to have my brakes replaced on Friday May 9th 2025.. I received a phone call from a service employee lettin dealership. Came in.to the service center to have my brakes replaced on Friday May 9th 2025.. I received a phone call from a service employee letting me know that my differential wasn’t working properly and in order to repair the differential the transmission had to be replaced along with the differential. Total cost $12,700. I’ve owned the car for two years. Have put about 40,000 miles on the car and now I’m looking at a $12,700 repair. I am very disappointed in your dealership and the Subaru brand. More
Overall satisfied, but later I checked my records & discovered that the battery replacement from AAA was only 21 1/2 months & 15,000 miles after receiving a new battery from your dealership. I don't know what the warranty was on yours but AAA offers 3 years. Should there have been som kind of proration for the one that failed after less than 2 years? More
