Experience was absolutely wonderful from the moment I’d parked in the service area. A member of your staff greeted me in a pleasant way and asked me the reason of my visit. Tamara, Tamera was very pleasant and easy to work with. I have no problem with her whatsoever. I do have a problem with Villages Subaru charging almost $150.00 to tell me an interior light was left with. I have no problem with her whatsoever. I came in for a factory recall on my front brakes and I also requested a tire rotation. The service department was very friendly. Matt informed me that the brakes would be checked today, but they would not also requested a tire rotation. The service department was very friendly. Matt informed me that the brakes would be checked today, but they would not be replaced today because they have to contact the main Subaru office to get the Replacement brake sent to them. That news was disappointing, but he was very assuring that the job would be done within a couple of months. More
