When I got there, they seemed disorganized. My service coupon was not applied to final bill, I noticed when I went to pay, and had to remind them. Total cost was not presented to me prior to proceeding with work. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, and I was waiting there for it to be done. Car was taken in almost 2 hours later. More

I don't know what the warranty was on yours but AAA offers 3 years. Should there have been som kind of proration for the one that failed after less than 2 years? More
Purchased a used 2020 outback in March of 2023 from your dealership. Came in.to the service center to have my brakes replaced on Friday May 9th 2025.. I received a phone call from a service employee lettin dealership. Came in.to the service center to have my brakes replaced on Friday May 9th 2025.. I received a phone call from a service employee letting me know that my differential wasn’t working properly and in order to repair the differential the transmission had to be replaced along with the differential. Total cost $12,700. I’ve owned the car for two years. Have put about 40,000 miles on the car and now I’m looking at a $12,700 repair. I am very disappointed in your dealership and the Subaru brand. More
