In addition, Pete assisted me in setting up Blue Tooth so that I would be able to use it with my cell phone. He also set up my husband's phone in my car. Pete followed up after the sale with a phone call. He wanted to check on our trip home as we had to drive from Orlando to Knoxville, TN. Pete wanted to make sure that we did not have any problems with the vehicle. Both Pete and Tim gave us their cell phone numbers and told us not to hesitate to call if we have any problems with either new Subaru, both of which we purchased from Bill Bryan. I have strongly recommended this dealership to a co-worker who is shopping for a new car. I have passed along both Tim and Pete's names to her. Overall, the entire experience was an A++++ ... Frank was very helpful and guided us as to what we needed to do to complete the sale. When we found things that needed to be done, lights not working etc. they were addressed immediately. My daughter and myself went to test drive a Forester after testing a Jeep. My daughter had done her homework and knew what my car was worth and also a fair price on the Forester. We have had a number of Subaru cars over the years and found them to be absolutely great especially in cold country. When we came to Florida we got another Subaru and yesterday wanted to trade our 2010 F found them to be absolutely great especially in cold country. When we came to Florida we got another Subaru and yesterday wanted to trade our 2010 Forester for a new one. We found our salesman, Joseph Carsen, to be extremely pleasant and well informed about the models, financing, etc., etc. We wanted another Forester and he was able to get us a 2013 model in our favorite color Blue. He is definitely a great salesman. All of the people at this dealership were very nice and personable and we would definitely recommend this dealershp to all. It deserves the "No. 5 Excellent" rating. More
