I started my search in November 2012 for the best small SUV on the market. We were contacted by Christina Rodriguez, who was very helpful and patient when we told her although we wanted to make a purchase, it would not be until February 2013. On Feb. 2nd we went to the dealership and was greeted by Anthony Sotomayor who did an outstanding job in showing us the attributes of the forester. When it came time to do the financing, Anthony sought the expertise for Antonio Carranza and with out a doubt, Antonio did everything he could to make us happy. We were not ready to make the purchase until the end of February, but that did not deter the two gentlemen from making our trip worth while. When we arrived on 02/28/2013 all the items we asked for were completed and ready. We were introduced to Jeff In Service and Tim in finance. The experience was absouletly the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We drove from our home 45 miles while we have a Subaru dealer about 6 miles because we wanted a Team that was going to meet our needs and desires without the haggle while making this purchase. I went to Bill Bryan Subaru in Leesburg in order to view a preowned 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. This car had always been on the top of my list and I was excited to see that the dealership had one in stock a preowned 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. This car had always been on the top of my list and I was excited to see that the dealership had one in stock. I live in Orlando and drove over 30 miles to come to this particular dealership. I was glad I did. I was able to work with Christina Rodriguez, who helped me learn more about the vehicle and test drive it. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She definitely made me feel right at home and was very flexible and professional throughout the entire process. Her and her staff were wonderful to work with and made the whole process pleasant and smooth. I was also able to work with Antonio and Ozzie (two of the Sales Managers) in negotiating a fair price for the car and was excited to be able to make the purchase. They were very understanding and helpful with answering any specific questions I had. Tim, the Sales and Finance Director, was also very helpful in getting me a good APR through the bank as well as answering any questions with completing the purchase. I am extremely happy with the car and am glad I was able to do business with Christina and her staff. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had.
