I had an oil/filter change. Everything was fine until an hour and 15 minutes had passed. I agreed to the car wash offered but after asking if my car was ready, it was stated it Everything was fine until an hour and 15 minutes had passed. I agreed to the car wash offered but after asking if my car was ready, it was stated it was still being serviced but they were finished and the cleaning would take place after. I declined as I didn't have the extra time to wait. The last two times I had my car serviced, it was stated there was a shortage in cleaners for car washing. Not mentioned this time but assuming still the case. After leaving the dealership, I checked my tire pressure, 36, 36, 36 and 30. I called to inquire and Summer apologized and said she would have a talk with the mechanic. In the past, my tire pressure was set to 32 to 33 which is also stated on the inside of the car doors. If I had been notified my car would take a little bit longer to service and wash, I wouldn't have minded but I wasn't notified and had to ask. Summer is always very professional but it would be nice to be told an apx. amount of time to expect and to be notified of any delays. If I had waited for my car to be cleaned, it could have taken an additional 30 minutes as I wasn't the first in line. Thank you for your time. More
