We drove from Boca Raton 196 mile away with the intention of buying a 2013 Subaru Impreza that was listed for 21800. Prior to out road trip I confirmed they were negotiable on the price of the vehicle. They of buying a 2013 Subaru Impreza that was listed for 21800. I arrange for a bay sitter for the two kids, take the day off of work plus drive 196 miles to the dealer location. We arrive at the dealership in the pouring rain and no customers are there. A sales person greets us (with out mentioning his name) I advised that I spoke with their internet sales person and we are their to look at the above mentioned vehicle. We test drive the car and we are there to buy it. The sales manager takes out trade our for a ride and then returns with out including the trade in the negotiation (we wanted to trade the vehicle and were clear about this) furthermore he offers us an insulting amount on the trade. (over the weekend prior to this negotiation we were offered a much higher amount on the trade from another dealer.) they put an offer in front of us that was almost the sticker price of a new vehicle in the same package. after going a couple of rounds we are about 3000.00 dollars part and then the sales manager tries to put us in a vehicle that we are no remotely interested. There is a lot more to this story, but at the end of the day this dealer made a poor decision on taking this car in on trade and they were no negotiable on the trade as they stated. They wasted a lot of my time and money in travel to conduct business with them. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy, my wife and I were very disappointed in their actions. More
Although we did not purchase a Subaru, we found the sales team at Bill Bryant to be professional and thorough. Their informative, no pressure approach was much appreciated. After two VERY unsuccessful visits to two other Subaru dealerships in Central Florida, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. After several hours of negotiations, I decided I would take my dream car home for the evening and make a decision after driving it in a real world experience. The car had bald tires and handled as bad as a school bus; I tried calling Alex to see if they could do anything about it and he offered for me to fix it at half of the expense. Then I noticed paint peeling on the roof, also wanted me to fix at 50/50 cost. I then decided to still do business but not on that car. The salesman was very rude and wouldn't return my calls. The worst part of it all was after I had left the salesman tried to wreck my credit by sending off 22 credit applications to banks on cars I didn't even want. (He was joking with me earlier about how they did this to another guy who didn't buy from them) Needless to say, good dealership if you end up buying from them, if you don't you are screwed. More
In the past, at other dealerships car buying was exhausting and unpleasant. I had encountered pressure tactics and aloofness.
