Almost Perfect We searched hi and low for the vehicle we needed for our son's college graduation. We saved and saved and Jaimie and staff worked out a deal without any pressure or sleezy tactics. It was ALMOST perfect until it was time to take delivery. We had noticed prior to buying it that a piece of trim was flapping off and we assured it would be fixed. We were also taken aback with how dirty the car was inside and out. We were told that the car had just come in as a trade but would be detailed and "shiney and clean" when we picked it up. The trim was minimally "glued" and not clipped as promised and the car was not washed or vacuumed. Buying the car was a big deal to us but our excitement waned. The day we took delivery the manager called us at 7 pm as they had give. Our insurance the wrong vin number. My husband had to walk out with a flashlight to retrieve the cin number and THEN spent 30 minute on phone with Geico to untangle the mess. Hopefully Mr Bryan and Brewster will fix the trim and detail the car and earn that 5th star. We want to buy or lease a car in 6 months so we will see how this story ends. More
Sometimes you feel good about the deal I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime and have dealt with salesmen from a to z. Joe was pleasant to talk and deal with. There wasn’t a back and forth game to the manager on the price. He knew what I wanted and he worked on getting to the middle. The original car I went to see was not at my standards, but we found another at a higher price, than I was looking to buy. Joe did not try to push the other car, he simply laid out the numbers, negotiated a little and we met at an acceptable price. You never win when buying from a dealer, but sometimes you feel good about the deal. I do! Thanks Joe. More

I was so surprised of how knowledgeable he was on the Subaru Forrester that I was interested in. Honestly, I dealt with another sale reps from a competitive dealership in the past who just wanted to do a quick sale and get it over with, probably because I'm woman, it's been my experience. But Mr. McCracken paid attention to all my needs and explained everything in detail, he understood exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed & grateful on how professional he was. Great car buying experience! I can't remember having this much fun purchasing a new car. We are a family of Subaru owners. My husband works out of state, and I handle any car inci I can't remember having this much fun purchasing a new car. We are a family of Subaru owners. My husband works out of state, and I handle any car incidences and emergencies on my own, so safety is a priority when choosing my personal car. As a woman, I appreciate esthetics, but admittedly, I do not take the time to keep up with the mechanics and special features of new Subaru models. I wanted to make a smart purchasing decision, so it was also important to connect with a dealership and sales consultant that would take the time to thoroughly explain the features that the new models have. I searched the Subaru dealerships online located near me and took a minute to fill out a few questions. By that afternoon the dealership reached out to me and I was on my way to finding the right car. My sales consultant Jamie Reed was informative, and understood what my needs were. He showed me several models that might work for me. I drive an Impreza, because I like the openess, visibility and four wheel drive, but needed more cargo space. Jamie suggested that I try an SUV, but I was intimidated by their size. He suggested a test drive and after a couple of minutes on the road, I was sold. The car drove like a dream, it was as comfortable as my living room sofa, and quiet as a mouse. Together with the great user friendly high tec features, and all of the safety components I had hoped for, I knew that I had found my new model. Jamie explained the features thoroughly, he called the next day to see how we were doing with the car, and explained that the dealership was there for it's customers throughout their ownership. From the sales staff, to the manager, Ronnie Myles, and finance coordinator, it was a first rate experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jamie Reed when it is time to buy your next car. More
Joe Mac is a 5 star salesman I was in the market for one of three cars- easy in and out. The dealership was always clean, offered snacks and food then introduced us to all there. Joe was.an extremely friendly and competent salesman. We continued looking at another two dealers and came right back to Nissan and to the exact model that Joe showed us. The Forester is a dream to drive and from the first moment of taking that drivers seat I knew it was mine!
