I went to Bill Bryan Subaru in Leesburg in order to view a preowned 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. This car had always been on the top of my list and I was excited to see that the dealership had one in stock a preowned 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. This car had always been on the top of my list and I was excited to see that the dealership had one in stock. I live in Orlando and drove over 30 miles to come to this particular dealership. I was glad I did. I was able to work with Christina Rodriguez, who helped me learn more about the vehicle and test drive it. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She definitely made me feel right at home and was very flexible and professional throughout the entire process. Her and her staff were wonderful to work with and made the whole process pleasant and smooth. I was also able to work with Antonio and Ozzie (two of the Sales Managers) in negotiating a fair price for the car and was excited to be able to make the purchase. They were very understanding and helpful with answering any specific questions I had. Tim, the Sales and Finance Director, was also very helpful in getting me a good APR through the bank as well as answering any questions with completing the purchase. I am extremely happy with the car and am glad I was able to do business with Christina and her staff. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. In addition, Pete assisted me in setting up Blue Tooth so that I would be able to use it with my cell phone. He also set up my husband's phone in my car. Pete followed up after the sale with a phone call. He wanted to check on our trip home as we had to drive from Orlando to Knoxville, TN. Pete wanted to make sure that we did not have any problems with the vehicle. Both Pete and Tim gave us their cell phone numbers and told us not to hesitate to call if we have any problems with either new Subaru, both of which we purchased from Bill Bryan. I have strongly recommended this dealership to a co-worker who is shopping for a new car. I have passed along both Tim and Pete's names to her. Overall, the entire experience was an A++++ ...
